Taster from Ulrik. Surprisingly good pilsner. Bready and bitter.

Notes of banana, clove and white wine. There is a bitterness in the end that shouldn't be there.

Classic Schwarzbier a little roasted coffee, liqourice and a nice refreshing bitterness. A slight hint of diacetyl though.

Post ladywalk 2023 (12 km). Slightly fruity aroma. Sweet malty palate. Pretty unintresting as expected but had to give the benefit of the doubt.

Bad seed does it again 🥰 with a great impy. Notes of coffee and milk in aroma. Palate is silky smooth with a bit of the same Notes, just add vanilla.

Tasting board 🤩. Tropical fruits aroma. Hoppy palate with more fuits like unripe mango and tangerine. Good stuff for 5 % abv.

Yesterday. Quiz night @⬆️. Beer for participating in the quiz! Nice and a little different dipa. Not as sweet as many but still has the nice tropical fruit going on.

Yesterday. Quiz night @⬆️. Rare to find an altbier on tap around here so quite pleased about that. Luckily the taste didn't dissapoint. Nice caramel notes but never too sweet due to the bitter finish from the hops.

Quiz night @⬆️. Juicy and citruisy in an oatmeal package. Not bad but not very intresting either! My thoughts are with the women of esp. Afghanistan and Iran today! May your brave actions prevail over the tyrans!

Earlier today. Fyraftensbajer 🍺. Surprisingly good brown ale. Actually so good I had two! It passed Ulriks pint test 😄. Old school in the best way possible. Notes of english Liqourice and bread with the malts lingering in the mouth.

#nightcap thanks to Jakob @Gamma. 2nd check in and still a lot of cafe latté. Aged in bourbon barrels for 14 months. The first barrel aged beer Gamma has made - and they started in 2015!

First I've had from Gammas single hop series. Very citruisy and slightly anonymous on it's own... but paired with the thai green curry the palate was enhanced. After the food the IPA seems sweet.

Gammas #1 flagship beer! Can't blame people for loving this beer. Paired with a lyxhée fruit panna cotta which was inedible at best 🤢.

Paired with a salmon tatare with avocado and wasabi. Definetely not a bad rice lager - just tapped last thursday so very fresh- maybe too fresh! Sulphur in nose and mouth but also a nice sweetness as a rice lager should have. Not quite able to taste ➡️

Well matched with the chicken with honey and sesame seeds. The sweetness of both beer and food was really complimenting eachother 😋

Quiz night @⬆️. Ended up in 7th place this time but quite content since it was a lot better than feared 🤓. Pleasing oatmeal stout, this was. Very smooth chocolate and oatmeal notes and a slightly roasted finish

Really good new IPA from Ebeltoft. It has some nice fruity notes like tangerine and apricot. But also a massive hop kick too that I usually find in DIPA'S. I guess this is somewhere in between the two styles.

Xmas Spices in the aroma, particuarly cinnamon. Thankfully the spices aren't dominating the palate. It's sweet but not too much.

Not far from the histoical rauch beer from Schlenkerla I just had. This is also malty but maybe with slightly more smoke. Very smooth package deal here.

Piney aroma. Palate has mentol notes along with apples. Maybe some pine notes too in the aftertaste. Easy drinker 👍🏼

Used to have 17 %abv now 'just' 15. Very astringent bitter at first with soy sauce in both nose and mouth. Devellops with temp and gets more smooth with Liqourice and espresso notes.I like it a lot but probably wouldn't be able to drink the entire bottle

Yes! Finally a proper English Porter. Diacetyl in the nose. Butter and coffee palate. Amazing porter from Caleidoskope. So easy to drink for 8%abv

Nice collab with Deya but the breweries are better on their own. Funny cos they both master this style of IPA. Great pint but brings nothing new to the table

Not my kind of saison. Too sour and tart. Not the way a saison should be imo. But the plums comes through really nice.
