Nose is similar to standard cantillon lambic bio. Salty seaweed taste. Not my favorite lambic but glad to have tried it.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) 2022 Kunde

Basic lambic in a good way. Love the subtle hop flavor.

Drogone Lambic (2021) Kunde

Where wine meets beer. Light, effervescent. Slightly dry and puckery.

50 Degrees N - 4 Degrees E (2020) (Cognac) Kunde

Cheesy funk. Dry champagne-like aftertaste.

Magic Lambic (2020) Kunde

Jammy raspberry. Light vanilla aftertaste. More blueberry as it warms.

Saint Lamvinus (2019) Kunde

Red grape wine/juice. Slight must. Whoa! Decanted.
