Hella bitter, unexpectedly so. Musty, funky, sour. Got nothing on their Geuze, but v cool to try.

KBS Espresso W

A luxurious replacement for my afternoon coffee. Metalic and astringent initially, but improves as it warms and de-carbs. Coffee, coffee and coffee. Bourbon, chocolate, toffee and honey play support. 2021 vintage.

90 Minute Imperial IPA W

Disastrously easy drinking. Candied malt and woody hop oils aplenty.

60 Minute IPA W

Beer that tastes like beer and isn't afraid to shout about it. Gorgeous fluffy head with malt, pine, marmalade and grapefruit. Unique check in 999.

Kriek 100% Lambic W

Big balsamic cherry pie shenanigans. Soft almond/marzipan to counteract the sharp overtones. Wet farmyard funk elbows its way through the fruit. Refreshing and not overly complex. 2020/21.

Effortlessly lovely. Butterscotchy, fudgey, toffee/caramel/chocolate indulgence.

Beer at a mate's wedding. Serviceable.

Kriek Mariage Parfait W

Heavily oaky, with the classic kriek cherry/nut subdued. Dry and minerally. Little to no sourness or funk. Interesting. 2019 vintage.

Rosé de Gambrinus W

Cute marshmellow hued head. Raspberry jam nose, earthy vinous taste, balsamic and tangy. Clean/fresh, slightly floral and very vibrant for the abv. Bottled March 2020.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio W

Bucket list beer. Just amazing. Bright, moreish, young funk that dances across the palate for ages. One day I'll try an older bottle, but I couldn't wait any longer before cracking this. 2020 vintage.

American Dream Extra Dry-Hopped W

Storm passed, finally, and back in the tent. Clean, crisp drinking with a smack of dank spiky hops.
