Strong leather nose, completely different from the other bottles. But perfectly good tart rhubarb on the tongue.

The nose ressembles almost perfectly a sweet white wine. Nice length on the palate. Very vinous and sweet, but the slight acidity makes it well balanced.

A huge cauliflower smell, really surprising! Could be really interesting in some years.

Tasted just off the bottling line. Powerful blue cheese nose, vinous taste, unsurprisingly still sweet.

Not that funky, pretty flat, a really fresh nose and a powerful Gewürztraminer aroma. Perfect to introduce lambic to a wine lover!
