Sweet caramel but the boozy bite is a bit too hoppy for me.

French Toast Bastard Melching

Not especially sweet, which is surprising considering how much maple syrup is coming through. Tasty. I prefer it over the original.

Frootwood (2022) Melching

The cherry is bright and refreshing. The maple comes through in a woody barrel flavor more than a sweetness, though there is a cherry sweetness on the tail.

Panther Cub (2021) Melching

The vanilla sweetness is winning me over, but it still has that clean bite at the end.

Barrel Runner Melching

This beer has mellowed. Still lots of boozy rum but the hoppy bite has mellowed.

Lots of cocoa coffee and milky vanilla. Pretty tasty. Mild oaky flavors.
