Very good Pils. Would rate higher if carbonation was better. Minimal to no head is a bummer for a Pils. Otherwise, drinks like a Euro.

120 Minute IPA (2018) Gatzek

I don’t often check in a 6 year old beer. You can age this one much longer and it will still be great. Such complexity, I have to give it a 5. But it’s rich and strong. May not finish tonight.
