Nice sourness, greenish flavors from the peppers. Little bit of spice. Great beer!

Magic Lambic (2023) Nijs

This is a very nice lambic blend. The raspberry is nice and mixes well with the blueberry and the vanilla.

Moriau Oude Geuze Vieille Nijs

Balanced, not too sour, not too dry, perfectly in the middle. I get some apple flavors with this one. Great beer!

Sang Bleu (2022) Nijs

Very nice, slightly fruity with the berry flavors, just a little bit of acidity. Dry mouthfeel.

Nath (2017) Nijs

Little bit herbal, don't really taste the rhubarb anymore. It's not fruity.

It's like i'm drinking sour cola candy. It's really nice!

Marvelroast Nijs

Oh, that's so tasty. Amazing coffee flavor and that vanilla really shines through. Very smooth and velvety. Nice chocolate flavor.

Mas Agave (2020) Nijs

Where to begin, love the agave flavor and sweetness. Balanced with some sourness. Hint of lime as it goes down.

Oh wow, that is super sour, i love it. Great raspberry flavor too.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Nijs

Not really a summer beer, but I just felt like it. Very rich flavor, plenty of coffee and dark chocolate. Not really tasting the maple syrup from the barrels sadly. Still awesome!
