Haven't had this beast in quite some time. Unfortunately have taken this for granted. This has been more available then ever at a somewhat decent price. Not the best BA stout but damn is it consistent. Still tastes like I remember 10 years ago. Solid.

French Toast Bastard Quiroga

Wow the nose is pure breakfast/dessert goodness. Taste is a touch artificial but it works although I think this would be better in a stout. Vanilla and cinnamon goodness. The adjuncts are so strong that the barrel flavor gets a little lost. But..its great

All Day Haze Quiroga

Dry January completed once more. Was gonna wait until the weekend but today was stressful and a beer was needed. This one is just ok, would enjoy it more grilling.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Quiroga

House to myself, housework completed, college football championships are on. Now for some coffee and a cigar to start the day. If you have to quarantine you might as well do it right.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) Quiroga

First time I have had a fresh KBS in a long time. Definitely drinking really nice. Barrel is faint but the coffee is in your face. Pretty good stuff but I wouldn't buy a full 4 pack of this anymore.

Backwoods Bastard (2014) Quiroga

Still drinking pretty well. But has definitely lost its bite that I love. Still a beer I adore. But for sure a beer that is better fresh or with maybe one year max on it.

Panther Cub (2021) Quiroga

Description sounds amazing but I honestly think the vanilla extract makes this too fake tasting and more bitter than I would like. Not a whole lot of barrel either. Just not feeling this one. Not bad at all just not my cup of tea.

World Wide Stout - Bourbon Barrel Aged Quiroga

Smells like BCBS to be honest just not as dessert like. For being 18 percent this is pretty damn smooth and lots of vanilla and dark fruits. My biggest complaint is the thin body which is surprising. Bourbon character is definitely there tho. Good stuff.

Breakfast Stout (2020) Quiroga

Haven't had this in a minute. Always a treat but I don't remember this being so roasty.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Quiroga

Pairs nicely with this nub nuance cigar (cappuccino). Still loads of sweet sticky maple syrup notes with some sweet coffee notes. Maple has taken a back seat but still there although not much barrel. Still nice tho. So long CBS.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Quiroga

Still drinking nice. Coffee and green pepper skin flavor with a touch of vanilla. Always a solid brew.

Imperial Stout (2016) Quiroga

Aging like a champ. Full bodied, rich and smooth as hell. Chocolate, cherry and smokey notes to it. Would be great with a cigar. Maybe next time.
