Seven years on this but still great. More coffee and chocolate now with age then the bourbon or booziness. Super smooth and now very easy sipper with this Juan Lopez Seleccione 2.

Backwoods Bastard (2014) Christiansen

Just shy of 10 years old and still awesome! Love the melding of the oak with all the usual scotch aged goodness. The slight scotch finish is increased with age and still was carbonated on the pour! Nice amount of gear in finish as well 🍻

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Christiansen

This aged beautifully! Having at cellar temp and maple and fudge are very prominent but a great boozy bourbon soaked finish! Having with a Juan de Fuca by Serafin de Cuba of Florida!

Breakfast in a glass! It's Backwards Bastard with added maple, vanilla, and cinnamon. Sweetness of maple it's in your face with the other flavors coming at the end. Definitely prefer regular version but this is a nice twist.

Sang Bleu (2023) Christiansen

Super refreshing and clean finish on the tongue. Berries all day on the upper palate that stick around like a sour plum.

Saint Lamvinus Christiansen

Merlot grapes are strong but not overpowering. An absolute classic from overseas!
