KBS will forever be one of the best, most balanced, most well crafted stouts that’s ever been made. The 2019 is just another vintage that proves that.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) G

Just another excellent vintage. Never disappoints.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge G

This is good stuff. Rich chocolate backbone on a KBS base. Not getting much maple but who cares.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) G

A rare ‘second check in’ ...it’s even better after 3 years. Full bodied coffee. Chocolate. The unmistakable roasted oats and barley of a stout. To hell with the pastry variants that have become the rage. This is how it’s done.

Blushing Monk (2019) G

Improved with age but still just too sweet.

Suddenly Comfy (2019) G

This aged really really well. It’s all fall spices and apple pie. How I wish I had kept more than one.

Marvelroast G

This is good stuff. Coffee, vanilla, cocoa, and the lactose isn’t obnoxious. Well done.

120 Minute IPA (2013) G

Just an absolutely delicious transformation. Caramel. Molasses. Barley wine. Rich. Just an incredible beer.

120 Minute IPA (2020) G

Ok, this was good. Lots of resin, pine, clean hue. But had some legit burn and it’s a little obnoxious this fresh. We followed it with a 2013, and it was crazy how much age really changes these.
