Wonderful example - light and and tart, but not overwhelmingly so - comparatively easy drinking for a gueuze, but surrenders none of the acidity or flavour - light apple flavours. Superb

Nose is juicy apricots and tart grape skins. Runny apricot syrup, sweet and smooth fades to a tannic, acidulated green apple skin and cider vinegar like smash. Pickering, zippy and gorgeous. Warming oak characters. Sweet lactic zing. Musty corky finish.
