One of the best in the world at my favorite bar in the world. Sad to see it close but glad Sara is taking the space over.

In comparison to the fruit skin on the nose of West Ashley Cuvee, Fou is lightly floral cheese funk. Good head retention. Candied fruit seeps seamlessly into and perfumes the whole beer. IMHO there is one winner to Battle Apricot, but you should try...

Young Fou on draft against West Ashley Cuvee for the Trappist's 14th anniversary. Battle Apricot is on.

Nicely balanced, fruit just on point, great acidity. Excellent

A classic. De Gambrinus was the first 'loon I ever had and holds a tender spit in heart!

Sweet fruit on the nose, already got a tickle of acidity, light funk.

Outstanding. The balance of tart cherries with a creaminess really works. It is definitely more sour but really shows it’s stuff with 30 minutes of warming to room temp.
