Weekend! Fin mørk lager, ikke overvældende mørke noter i smagen

Earlier today. Some roast, still lightbodied, more German schwarz than CZ dark IMO.

Cooking beer. Drinking one more of our winnings from Peders charity bingo. Quite sweet, bready/malty, little chocolate and earthy. Decent attempt at the cz dark

It’s not bad, but not particularly good either. Roasty, malty and hoppy with some bitterness, but not a good lager and far from a stout. Probably wouldn’t pass the “would I like it if I had it blindfolded?” Not for me, anyway.
