Ret maltet, lidt karamel samt brød, vil gå fint til julemaden

It’s tough holding a candle to the likes of Celebrator or Korbinian, but I, for one welcome the effort. I wish there was a little bit more nuance to it rather than plain, ol’ malty roastiness. I took a few sips but then had to give up on it.

Dobbelbock. For lidt karamelmalt til at leve op til mine forventninger. Krydderierne peger dog mod december.

Well, this is hard to describe!! Pilsner nose with a weak dry touch. Taste is more like a brown at first. Remaining quite boring

Malty, rich. Feels much heavier than it actually is. A great Doppelbock from a Danish brewery.
