Nice fermentation/wild berries going on. It’s a very good competitor to Baghaven. Especially due to the comparable taste. Fermented berries, walnuts, bel de boskoop and hoppy

Kan godt lide den (meget) fermenterede smag og sour-smagen, men den mangler lidt mere smag (f.eks. druerne, som jeg ikke kan smage) for at være helt i top. Men en lækker drik, der skal nydes over tid.

As a juice its interesting. As a beer, I am confused. Zero gas. Miss it. Better with a little temperature and after a few glasses.

Sour, winey, some tannin, earthy, slightly fenolic and quite soft and round. This even taste better than some Lamvinus i got. It’s a really great beer, Slowburn can be proud. Btw what’s up with all those names you not even can pronounce from Slowburn.
