Av it’s good for danish BA! Strong, smooth Rye, spiced oak, sweet but in fine balance. Lovely!
So smooth, Creamy, slightly milky, notes of Coconut, vanilla, chocolate and pecan. It’s sweet but in a range of balance. Had it blind and I could not imagine that this was an EU stout. Wow, Incredible work with the base beer and adjuncts! 4.4

Lovely! Great barrel aging - probably one of the best barrel aging danish beers for a long time. This one beats BA colussus

Soft, mineral, easy, so drinkable. Some tannins in the end, glouk glouk

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) Schou
Great mouthfeel, roasty, some bitterness, subtle coffee, smokey bunfire notes. Old school but not that old School, sweet but balanced out with the roast and bitterhed

Straight pick up from the Source. Never had a freshier and brighter Wildflower. Creamy, quite carby, full mouthfeel, citrus hoppiness, dry and typical Ebeltoft bitterness. Fantastic beer!

Pick up at the source. Refreshing, bright and floral hoppy notes, bitter and malty mouthfeel.

From the Source. Super fresh, bit estery and phenolic. Crisp and bitter from the noble hops. Chugable!!

Straight from the can. Great malty mouthfeel, lovely noble hops and lingering bitterness. Super crushable. Best lager game in Denmark for sure! Difficult to find any cold Bad Seed beers here in Aalborg.

You can tell Andreas did something New to the Brewery. This time the beer is actually drinkable and quite Nice. Lovely hoppiness. Feels more like a West coast than neipa for sure

Melon, fruity, semi creamy, Soft citrusy peel bitterness. Very drinkable.

Citrusy nose. Soft hoppy flavors, citrusy, but have a mint and herbal flavor I’m not a fan of
over 3 years ago
It’s just vanilla, toffee and sweetness. Not the best vanilla flavor
over 3 years ago
Bitter and Hoppy nose. Thick, Creamy, Alot of alcohol and some sweetness. Fig, raisin, malty, bitter, some roast and a Burnt flavor I’m not a fan of. Bitter Burnt flavor. Have the same clean yeast and årgangsøl Vibe like the other beers from bad seed
over 3 years ago
Quite Malty, fat mouthfell, yeasty, strong Malty flavor, smooth hoppiness, sweet, actually taste like a luksusøl 😅
over 3 years ago
Green and earthy nose. Great mouthfeel, caramel, Malty, phenolic, soft roast and quite annoying green hoppy notes. Taste quite young. A very clean and hidden alcohol. The alcohol does nothing to this beer. It could be 5%. Craft version of Årgangsøl

Barrel Aged Good Morning, Vietnam (2021) Schou
Thin, roasty, bitter, spiced, some milky sweetness.
Smooth, great mouthfeel, sweet, and some smooth old School roasty and bitterness. Too much and long aftertaste of oak. It’s like liking on a wooden stick. Promising, but the barrel game is diffently new to them.

Way to malty, bitter and taste of old hops. Completely unbalanced.

On draft, so oakey and dusty. I like that. Bitter orangefruit pell, Nice citrusy sourness, so crushable and Hella flat. This years Seedling is quite more deep and complex. Propably the best clean sour beer I’ve ever had from a danish brewery.
Quite herbal and dry. Alot of deep flavors from the hops. After 10 minutes it’s quite soapy and almost undrikable.
Smooth, alot of coffee and smooth roasty notes. Some bourbon notes. Sweet and bitter green end. Decent first bourbon barrel aged stout from Slowburn. I thing the DØE community will love this one.
So American-ish sourness. The sourness and acidity are so aggressive and sharp that it hurts your teeth. Acetone notes. Is there not any quality control for this? Seedling was Amazing, but this should never had been put up for sale. Can’t recommend this
almost 4 years ago
Sour, winey, some tannin, earthy, slightly fenolic and quite soft and round. This even taste better than some Lamvinus i got. It’s a really great beer, Slowburn can be proud. Btw what’s up with all those names you not even can pronounce from Slowburn.

Canned few hours ago. Way to harsh and herbal. It’s quite difficult to drink. Just bitter, Fresh Cut grass sharp harshness. Did i say harsh? I’m so disappointed of Dry and bitter for selling a product that is not even ready to be sold. Did they taste it?
Smooth, grassy and harsh end, herbal and piney, but not undrinkable as the Galaxy one. Are Dry and bitter losing the hops game in Denmark? Alefarm is way ahead with the single hop ones

Herbal grapes but in a mellow and soft way, Lovely redberries, grapey. So deep in flavors. Naturale wine. Tak Chresten J. 🙌

Tart rotten apples, metallic and almost taste like blood. Slightly dried grapes, not raisin but dried grapes. Some portwine notes. Have to Open up. After that Alot of portwine, Woody, mildly tart, slightly Dusty and oaky. Harsh aftertaste, not so deep.

Thick, super Creamy. That mouthfell is just Amazing - like really really good! Tons of Hoppy aroma but in a mellow and non hopburn way, quite crushable for an 10% beer. Hands down the best danish IPA ever made. Finally some good stuff from Denmark!!!
