Canned 14Jul21. At first glance, a sour TIPA with Talus doesn't seem like a good idea, and well, it wasn't... Not getting any specific Talus notes, but it's lemony tart with a big, big malty backbone. Low carbonation, near flat. Warming. Not my thing...

Tx to Mik for the recommendation on this! Incredible Triple IPA made w yeast from their bakery imparting a sour finish. Super good!

Starts off sour and fruity. I get berry notes, especially strawberry. Finishes dry and zesty and with a lot of funk. Pretty enjoyable, although a bit too sour for my taste.
