Nice and fruity sour. Not my favourite style, but this one is well suited for smoked fish.

Bought it on sale since I love passion fruit! Great color and good sour taste. Bit hard to taste the pastry through the sour flavors

Så er der krafteddeme Solero-is. Direkte på slikkeormen. Det er en sour, men den er utroligt sød og endnu mere fed. En fornuftig dessert (eller hvornår man normalt ville spise en Solero).

First beer of the Copenhagen leg. Only fitting to start with the first Danish brewery I ever tried. Nothing wrong with a little extra sour dessert in the early afternoon. So much passionfruit. Has that apricot/peach/plum pucker. Bursting with flavor.

Smells like a passionfruit smoothie and tastes sour with some subtle sweetness. I don’t like most sours, but I do love pastry sours.
