Fascinating beer. Itβs absolutely a wild ale on the nose, so much funk and yeast. Flavour-wise, itβs remarkably clean. Thereβs some fruity sweetness, wrapped up in a clean, Brut-y body. Truly interesting and shockingly well balanced.

Much darker flavours than I was expecting, so deep and rich itβs almost smoky. Very very coffee chocolate. More complexity as it warmed though.
