🇩🇰 Dégustation au bord du lac de Genève en ce jour et découverte d’un nouveau 6-Pack concocté par Qbeer avec la Brasserie ÅBEN (qui signifie "être ouvert" en danois) basée du côté de Copenhague, capitale du Danemark. Nous démarrons avec la « Bryg 61 ».

Sour notes from smell to taste to aftertaste for sure, but not to an entirely offensive level. Still wouldn’t have another one

Had a head-to-head with “Bøvøl”. Was told it is the very same beer, though I find this one (on the left) lighter in color and more round, balanced and floral.🤷🏻♂️🤔 Maybe from a different batch? This one is clearly better though.
