White Wedding (2023)

Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry

Brewed with coffee and lactose sugar and aged in white port barrels for over a year, White Wedding is a full-bodied imperial stout that showcases a complex blend of coffee and honey-like flavors, along side barrel-aged characters of oak, almonds and toffee, White Wedding is a rich, smooth, and slightly fruity drinking experience.

Fantastisk

Litt for mye alkohol smak. Hadde fått høyere score uten. Eller veldig god smak.

Rammer lige min boldgade. Helt klassiske stoutnoter, rigeligt med kaffe og brændt og så ellers port(hvid)vinsfade til at bygge på. Superlækkert!

Tastes almost like port wine. Dark, thick and rich.

Yesterday. Fantastic imp stout from Fanø once again. They rarely fail at this style of beer.

Quite nice stout. The white port barrel is quite prominent and I was surprised by the booziness compared to the balanced whiskey barrel from Black Wedding.

Hej Lasse, er det her din yndlingsøl? Portvin og døøøølækre sager i smuk foreningen under Limfjordsbroen???

Portvin, sjokolade og mandel. Mye tønne. Ikke for søt eller tung. En balansert smaksbombe.

Turns out there is a burgers festival with a brewery at the end if the road. Beers a boozy belter.

Stort potentiale, men alkoholen er meget tydelig. Et år i kælderen havde nok været godt.

Zwart met karamelkleurig schuim. Roasty aroma met koffie, mooie barrel aged finish van witte portvaten. Rijke, volle smaak. Warm en boozy. Lange afdronk. Alc. 13,5%

God, men lige lidt for sprittet. Gemmer den derhjemme til næste år. Måske den har godt af lidt tid
