Tones of orange and clove giving christmas associations

Some citrus and coriander in the nose. Taste is somewhat bitter, subdued coriander and citrus, slightly sweet and a just a bit of fruityness. BBE 04/22 - it held up quite well.

Simple malty IPA with a piney bitterness, lots of citrus and vague notes of coriander. A bit sweet but well countered by the bitterness. Not bad especially considering this particular bottle hasn't received the best treatment.

4. Dec - Like finding a ripe apple underneath the outer crust of thawing snow this beer offers a combination of crisp, sweet malty flavours along with the bitter notes from what I can tell are is a carefully selected arrange of hops and spices. I love it

18. Dec., VB Julekalenderen - Et hoppy humlespark i næsen - dufter skønt! Mere kraftig og tung sødme end ellers ofte oplevet ved en IPA, og knapt så markant bitterhed. Fornemmer lidt gran og krydderier

2022 var bedre (gav den 4,25). 2023 er jeg ikke så vild med (3,50… burde nok være 3,00)

Lækkert, det er klart. Liiiidt for humlet måske, men hold nu kæft.
