Brasserie Cantillon Brewery is a small and local family brewery in the city of Anderlecht in Brussels, Belgium. Founded in 1900 by Paul Cantillon, the brewery immediately became popular for its lambic beers. Some of its remarkable lambic beers are the Cantillon Kriek, Gauze and Faro. The brewery depends on raw wheat, malted barley and dried hops. Brasserie Cantillon Brewery takes pride in its long tradition of using organic ingredients of grown cereals that promote fine quality of beers and clean agricultural practice. Spontaneous fermentation is a trademark of lambic beers produced by the brewery. Brasserie Cantillon Brewery also delivers fruit-flavored beers from oaks and wide variety of fruits.
