Late Zwanze checkins. This popped. More green apple and tartness than typical.

Smakar typ vin, släpptes tydligen bara fyra fat i Sverige och detta va från ett av dom. Betyg 3/5 sänks till 2,50 efter ett tag, då det blir för mycket vitt vin smak för min del.

Very delicious! Mildly sweet, than acidicic, then sparkling , then a nice hoppy bitterness from the hops, the perfect blend! Sparking blend of classic lambic with lambics from older years causing an additional bottle fermentation and carbonation.
