10 anni. Limpidissima, rosso brillante. Molto carbonata. Frutta rossa e spezie che mi ricordano vin brulè. Gusto si aggiunge agrumi (arancia) e mela. Equilibratamente acida.

Happy Zwanze day! June 6 2013 bottle holding up like a champ. Plenty of cherry, no signs of oxy. Fruit may be slightly muddled but it’s generally tasting very good.

Incredible share. MF J. was missed. this is fucking incredible. Cinnamon, tart acidic cherries; slightly sweet, very fruit, and only a light amount of acidity; great funk, oak, and barnyard in back; clean and delightful

Più gentile, bisogna però darle il tempo si apra. La ciliegia esce poi bene, morbida morbida. Tenuta di schiuma persistente di un bel rosa. Questa l'ho presa io direttamente in Belgio 8 anni orsono...Conservata a modo. Fortuna che ne ho altre 2 da parte.

Moderate cherry in the nose with medium-light Cantillon funk. Taste has less cherry, less funk, some lemon and slight vinegar in the finish. A nice bottle that maybe was best a few years ago. Cork was good condition, nice feel. 4.25 nose, 3.75-4.0 taste.

Great sour cherry lambic. Bit of oak/wood in aroma. Light carbonation. Cantillon can do no wrong.
