Very high carbonation but the flavours of a nicely aged perfectly funky grape lambic is all there.

Spicy peppery grapes. Earthy, nice body from the lambic coming through after 4 years in the bottle. Delicious!

Nice grapes in the mix but not coming not as much forward as in some other grape Lambics from Cantillon. Still flavorful and smooth

I understand why they took 4 years before releasing this bottle. Carbonation is crazy high on it. Lovely dry white grape sweetness🤤

This was a good choice here at Cantillon Brewery. Very enticing, fresh aroma of fruit, white wine, and champagne. You can smell the fizziness. Very wine forward, not too tart nor sour. Very balanced and refreshing. Lovely, tickling carbonation.

Very lively one. Nose is nice but I find the palate a bit odd. Perhaps it’s this grape 🤷🏻♂️. Not really my jam

4.10. Highly carbonated. Nose more like a fantastic vintage gueuze, but palate is strange to me. White grapes and a little bit mineral. Pepper, slightly meaty and skins.
