Great fun revisiting the classic, 3.5 yrs later, in the same classic bar. Transfixing aromas, clean fruit flavor, mild tartness... And yes, the sediment pour was maybe my favorite of the bottle. 👌

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : gros fruité, douceur, je suppose cloudberry. Bouche : grosse grosse puissance du fruit, brett, boisé, acidité maîtrisée et bien présente, douceur en fin. Équilibre parfait !

Orangeish yellow, clear, wel carbed and some fairly persistent white head. Nose has tart cloudberries. Tart, sour, fruity, light, low acidity. Cloudberries, soft funk, a bit of dry wood. Very easy drinking but tasty and some complexity. Excellent.

So I can’t describe how happy I am to have this again and at the source. The cloudberries have mellowed out and it is still such a unique beer, but really turning exceptional. A great way to end a great trip.
