Very good to be sure, but hard to put it up against Mia. This is all funk, with a little elderflower note. Some would call it balanced, but I feel like it’s more just hedging in this case. The base beer dominates, though it is all integrated.

Funk, elderflower and some bitterness. Less polished and fresh green notes compared to Mia, and probably best with less age. Still pretty fun stuff

Father in law’s funeral today so felt fitting to pull something out of the ordinary. It’s holding up really good. Lots of cellar funk. Very floral. Decent oaky tartness. Cheers Terry 🍻

10th birthday lambiczoon. Schiuma imperiosa per gli anni. Super speziata, pepe verde e sambuco. Acido ben presente ma addomesticato.

Can confirm as one of the best Mamouche vintage ever. Still strong elderflowers, peppery. Floral, herbal, smash of bitterness, dry. Acidity goes well and merges with elderflower. Can drink a bottle of this.
