Le nez est sauvage et bien framboise, en bouche on a des notes aigres, vineuses, acides et framboises. Un gros plaisir à goûter pour les amateurs du style !

Incredibly strong, sour and tart at first but it mellows out. It's really fruity, with raspberry and strawberry dominating the flavour profile. It's quite dry and sharp on the finish, a good thirst quencher. My first lambic and it is fantastic.

Perfect. No need to say much else! Tart, Oakey, raspberry candies. Depth in all the right places. Beyond a delight! Not abrasive in any regard. Worth the hype.

Fin du dry february. On commence fort. Ça devient de plus en plus parfumé au fil de la dégustation. La framboise est discrète. Le style réhausse la finesse du fruit. C bon, mais pas incroyable.

Lovely color that is hard to photograph and do it justice. Aroma is misleading but the flavor profile is amazing. A must for any sour or framboise fans.
