Framboos komt zeer sterk naar boven, maar toch nog iets te jong gedronken. De zurigheid komt hierdoor toch iets te veel naar boven. Mooi etiket wel

Probably one of the easiest drinking lambics I’ve ever had. Fresh raspberries. Beautiful, I can’t wait until my next! Pretty flawless in my opinion.

Had my first lambic over the weekend…what a crazy flavor profile. The sour tartness came through with strong raspberry undertones. Hopefully the first of many 🍻

Mildly tart. Well balanced. Red fruit, but also quite complex (mustard???). Not nearly as sweet as some other lambics

Much lighter aroma than the classic, the raspberries compliment and add to the lacto-tartness beautifully.

Nice raspberry sweetness, slight funk/mustiness, med sour, great tannic dry finish. Very nice beer. Had a great time (although brief), happy birthday Kha!

this tap feels weird. grassy and of course strong strawberry too robust and tart and just slightly abrasive.

Corpo leve, carbonatação alta. Nariz alguma salinidade e balsâmico. Na boca, acidez remetendo a morango, algum salgado, balsâmico, e framboesa delicadamente inserida num final seco. Excelente!
