Beautiful red color, raspberry and strawberry as main red berries in a lovely mix of ripe reds, hints of marzipan. Extremely well balanced on the palate. Sweet and sour in a lively, delicate mix 😍

Au nez on sent le fût en bois et le côté Funky. Belle robe de couleurs Rubis, fine carbo, quasiment pas de mousse. En bouche c'est fin, légère acidité, on sent la framboise, un peu de funky et de bois. C'est léger et c'est bien réussi. Bonne lambic.

Astonishing. Tastes like a montrachet. Nutty and unctuous from the raspberrys. Which give it a lovely mouth feel.
