Waanzinnig. Echt goed zuur met heerlijke framboos. Het was veel beter dan ik verwacht had. Funky geurtje, maar best aangenaam. Smaak fizzy, zuur, licht zoet. Droog, maar goed doordrinkbaar. 😍

Funky nose, tart and sour front, zippy raspberry flavor with some funk. Dry finish and surprisingly drinkable and awesome. April 20, 2015 vintage.

This one hit the spot. It is everything you ask for from a real lambic. Just don't pair it with spaghetti lol

Nice sweet yet tart lambic. Little sour but not much. Very drinkable. Makes me miss Belgium.

Aroma is dominated by sour fermentation, with earthy notes and only minor fruit notes. Flavor is overall just sour aswell, a little bit of rasberry in the aftertaste thats it. Never got to check the production date, but must have been an Old bottle. 2008

Those Cantillon beers are something special. Sour, tart and with raspberry flavour. The only bad thing is that the bottle runs out at some point

Erittäin hapan, mutta luonnollisen pehmeän hillityllä tavalla. Syvä ja kompleksi maku. Vadelma tulee esiin selkeästi ja sointuu täysin yhteen kokonaisuuden kanssa. Etiketti on tyylikäs. Tuijotan Gambrinusta silmiin ja mietin onko sillä heikkouksia. Ei ole

1yo Rosé with the boys, still spiky but with a more pronounced mellow wheatiness than a fresh bottle. Gorgeous!
