Woahh tabarnak. Avalanche de framboises. Goût de camerise, canneberges fruits rouges confits. Ça pas de sens comment c'est bon. Parfait équilibre acidité et tartness

The atmosphere: the Mikkeller Beer Club boat just came in, and with it a hundred loud guys entered the place 😁 The beer: tart raspberries, some throatburn, sour cherries.

Frambozen zijn altijd goed in zure bieren, ook in deze. Droog, goed zuur en niet te wrang. Wel net iets te veel koolzuur.

Klokkeklar kirsebær uten tillsatt sødme. Kirsebærskall på enden som gir nydelig sylighet.

Nydelig syrlighet, fin søthet etterpå. Som å kjenne søthet i skall etter å ha spist en drue.
