Cantillon on tap why not, nice sour juicy cherry, faint raspberry, faint almondy cherry pit aroma with a faint dusty, subtle wooden barrel, light funky brett yeast nose and a nice tart, sharp, sour cherryish, light raspberry, lemony, funky bretty taste.

Bij de bron 😍 frambozen, bloemen en wat hout in de geur. Frambozen, hout en wat stro in de smaak. Super mooi in balans.

Crazy, as lambics are, teases you with rose a d the the funk hits. Definitely the sipper.

Lovely brew, but keeping it for 2 years turns out to be too long. Lost some of it fruitiness and funk, became more acidic

Aromas of raspberry jam, red berries, touch of almond. Flavours of raspberry jam, tart red fruits, quite a dry number. Tart dry aftertaste.
