Heavy on the nose (raspberry) light on the pallet. Lightly carbonated. Still acidic, Balances with the gueuze. Beautifully blended. And the story of the brewery really sells it.

rozlew: 25.06.2021 Bardzo wytrawny jak na młodego lambika, maliny pojawiają się dosyć późno. Na pierwszym planie intensywna kwasowość, ocet, sporo acetonu.

On the fence about this because of the condition it was in when I opened it. The cork was soaked and started leaking when the cap came off. Still gets a chefs kiss though. Incredibly tart and acidic.

2023ボトル。酸味の中にジュース的なニュアンス。ちょっと甘やかな。綺麗で上品な。タップのような甘さは無く、ランビックらしくはある。

2015ボトル。こちらの方がしっかりとしているなあ。酸も強くまだまだ保ちそうな。香りはあまり感じないが、落ち着いた、でもどっしり感ある重厚な酸味。美味し。
