Sour and tart, bit of sweetness, earthy and oaky notes and a good bit raspberries as well. Pretty straight forward, good lambic!

Faint raspberry on the nose, ribbon of barny funk. Bite of raspberry seed. Big tart sour flavor. Jammy raspberry with a wild edge. Thanks james l.!

Very clean and crisp. Tart, fresh, sweet. Champagney, very well balanced between sweet raspberries and sour lambic. Fruitful and not sugary. Excellent.
