Been saving this classic for today. Intense tart raspberry, super dry with beautifully balanced acidity. Absolutely packed with flavour and a great way to start a catch up of the Ronde van Vlaanderen 🚴‍♂️🇧🇪

Really barrelly musty sourness, tart crisp finish, bit of berry but perhaps not as fruity as I'd love. Proper grown up sour though.

2014 bottling consumed in Oct 2020. Strawberry jam bursts out of the nose, cherries and raspberry and that lovely base geueze. Flavor shows the age, sherry and leather to go with more dried fruit. Medium acid.
