Falar o quê? Cantillon, engarrafada em novembro de 2013 !! Aroma de couro molhado!! Na boca uma profusão de acidez, leve azedume, algo salgada e bastante seca!! Longe vem o gosto de framboesas, quase imperceptível!! Uma experiência sensorial diferente!!

Sweet sour raspberries abound! Super refreshing fizzy tartness. Very gentle lambic funk. Seems to lack the classic Cantillon nose I so seek :/ really robust number tho has to be noted.

So good! Strong tart flavor. Not fruit (maybe slightly fruity?). Delicious. Will drink again

Bottled 3 Mar 2020. One of the Cantillons I much prefer fresh. Raspberry jam, seedy, lots of oak, vinegar, and massive corky funk. My burps taste like raspberry skins and moldy wood. Heavenly. Thanks Tim J. for the gift!
