I kolejna setka do ryja hop. Wyborne lambiczi, piękna barwa malinowego kompociku, w aromacie wychodzi świetna stajenka i maliny, w smaku maliny, solidne brett-y i konkretny mocno ściągający kwasik. Dla mnie lambikowy sztosik bieda version.

Oikein maukas, kirpeä, hapan ja freesi. Samaa vibaa kuin viime viikon belgialaisessa kirsikkasourissa mutta vähemmän funky, vaikka tiettyä maaperän vivahdetta tässäkin on. Marjaisa ja sieltä kuivemmalta puolelta. Ei moitittavaa, voisin ostaa uudelleenki.

As they had this on draft, I couldn't leave without giving this a go. Again not my normal style of beer, however another that certainly didn't disappoint and proves why you've got to try different things.

Herrens, for en aroma! Dette er guld. Guld! Deilig kompleks og fyldig, samtidig som syra gir en tørr avslutning. Her kan man kose seg lenge! Nesten så jeg skulle ønske mindre bringebær, så jeg kunne fått mer av lambicen. Nam!

2002 bottle. Sublime soft fruity raspberry, light carbonation and deep sourness. Absolutely wonderful.

Bel équilibre entre la lambic jeune et celle de deux ans. On manque pas les framboises. Soir mais pas trop 👍🏼🔥

So interesting. Dry and pretty sour. The subtle apple and raspberry are so good in the aftertaste

Hits you off the bat with fruit, but that tart note isn’t fucking around on the back end. I can see why this is one of the most respect breweries in the world. 3/3 Cantillon. Double salute.

Beautifully tart and dry, with the sweetness of the raspberry coming through nicely to attempt to balance out that sourness. Merry Christmas everyone!
