A bit of lambic funk on the nose, followed by tart raspberries, just a touch of sweetness with a long fruit finish, slightly tannic. Superb as ever.

2020 bottle. Fruity, tart upfront. Finishes with great herbal, earthy notes. Dry, twiggy. Slight funk and bitterness. Aftertaste is herbal, minerals.

Tart, sour and dry. Strong notes of raspberry. Maybe bit smoother than regular sour beers. Not sweet at all.
