Très acide ! L'impression de manger une framboise qui ne serait pas encore à maturité. Super équilibre entre le fruit et l'acidité. (Mona trouve l'odeur horrible et moi non, je me demande si c'est un ob de mon nez ou si c'est les goûts et couleurs).

This one is really tasty. Firstly visually striking with a clear crimson. Medium carbonation, sweet raspberry flavour, followed by the characteristic raspberry tartness. Another to drink slowly but enjoy.

Not nearly as sweet as I was expecting. In fact, there’s no sweetness at all. Smells like raspberry jam, tastes like a gueuze. Looks pretty.
