Tastes exactly as you'd expect from cantillon. The tartness detracts a bit from the complexity but adds to the quaffablility.

Been looking for this for years. So lovely. Tons of razz but not incredibly tart, and not sweet. Perfectly balanced, with faint whispers of funk. Crazy foam. March 2021

2015 batch 15/16. So honored to be able to sample this masterpiece! Thanks Bob! Oldest Lambic brewery in the world! Love the artwork on the label

It's raspberry, but not too strong. It's sour and slightly bitter. I'm not a lambic aficionado, but it's ok.

Been saving this baby. Large smell of tart raspberries functions as a potent mouthwaterer. Taste is yet again a fruit explosion. I think I'm in love with Cantillon ❤️

Pretty red color, funky aroma specific to lambic style, very sour, fermented raspberry taste. Very nice overall
