Yep. Absolute all-timer that exceeded the hype and expectations. A curious little funk props up the cognac barrel which is just beautiful right now. A total stunner. [2021 Catch Up]

After seeing the blackness was a little scared but what a perfect preserved bottle. Aroma: wowwww funky cheesy overload, pink peppercorns, deep cognac layers, orange peel Taste: sherry, horse blanket, leather, faint fruitiness, buttery on mid palate

Funky toe cheese aroma with a hint of cognac barrel. Taste of cracker and citrus zest gives way to a lingering peppery bordeaux oak finish. This beer is sublime.
