그동안 쓰던 언탭드 계정이 날라갔다. 찾을 수 없다. 슬프지만 깐띠용 처음 먹어 본 기념으로 새 계정 만들었다. 삼분수보다 깊고 진한 맛은 덜하지만, 달콤새콤시큼한 다양한 맛이 있다. 2020년 8월 병입. 깊지는 않지만 시큼새콤한 맛이 일품이다.

Très content d'avoir ouvert ma première Cantillon en bonne compagnie. Gueuze somme toute plutôt sucrée sur la poire. C'est moins intense que les produits Tilquin que j'ai bus, mais ça offre une belle petite complexité tout en légèreté!

Embouteillée en ctobre 2018. Je l'ai laissé tiédir un peu trop.

I didn't realise lambic isn't carbonated and gueuze is, till trying the difference here at Cantillon. Strong funk aroma. Warm, smooth finish. A little dry. Quite different from the tart Tilquin gueuze of yesterday!
