Been aging this one for 8 years now. Bottled in 2014. My boy is all grown up. Nice mature Gueuze now. Golden pour w fine lacing around edge. Aroma is funky but not too funky. Tastes of a little white wine vinegar, grape & apple notes, oaky, yeasty. Delish

10/8/18 bottle. Loving this vintage: wet cedar, lemon, Brussels bacteria, mineral, grapefruit, oak, ocean, light cereals, and peach. Balanced acidity 🇧🇪 🥂

Je voudrais que toutes les sûres soient comme ça! Beau surette, pas trop fort, funk qui titille la langue. Les cerises fruitées donnent un côté sucré et astringent! Du très bon jus!
