Btld feb 2015. Still good but the murkyness is strong in this one. Malty w the deep acidic touch. Appreciate them even more fresh. But still!

Toujours aussi sympa, l’accord avec la volaille est déconcertant, pas forcément convaincu avec la tapenade !

Unique. Pretty sour, slightly bitter, tarty and crisp. Fruity, aromatic. Really different, but not bad, just different, ... distinguished

Another one of them “out of date” beers, almost 5 years old. Very funky, lots of oak, lemon, hay, vinegar. Sour, sharp and dry. Lively carbonation.
