Tuoksussa reilusti tammitynnyriä. Maku lempeän omenainen ja maanläheinen, happamuus aika maltillinen. Matalat hapot. Helposti juotava, tasapainoinen, miellyttävä jälkimaku.

Full on unadulterated lambic action, loads of acidic funk, gutted i only have one this is the beer you would want to try year on year to see how it changes. Incredlibly dty.

Stunning complexity - fresh but zesty lemony herbal floral notes and a tartness that has a pinch but doesn’t rip - for a young one this is superb

Piękny bursztyn,lekko opalizujący,pianka drobna znikoma,klar, A:kwaskowe,lekki ocet,winne,wino,winogrona,rześki,białe owoce,lekki konik,stajnia czysta, S:kwaśne,cierpkie,sciagajace,ciut mocniej czuć octowe,winne, kun,stajnia brudna taka,oj bajka,klasa!

Abgefüllt Anfang 2020. Natürlich noch recht jung aber diese Flasche hat es einfach nicht mehr länger ausgehalten 😋 schön spritzig, Apfel, Trauben, Balsamico, tart, würzig, angenehm funky, leicht medizinisch (Muddi sagt dazu: Hat was von Hustensaft 😂).

Apples, balsamic and tart white wine. Woody tannins at the end. Good but not outstanding
