2022/12/28。 2年ほど寝かせていたせいか、グレープフルーティなアロマ、円やかな酸味。酢酸のような強烈な酸は感じない。美味い。

Incredibly easy drinking considering, but with a lot going on. Excellent beer.

Wow. Definitely most unusual beer I’ve ever tried. I’m sure in the right hands this would go down a treat, but to me it’s harder to swallow than the fact that LFC are a washed up team. Unfortunately wouldn’t drink again

Fruits, acidité faible, une excellente lambic. Très jeune 2022.
