Get the wild in the nose. Tart, dry, with lovely fruit flavors underneath.

Received a warning that this was a similar beast to the Duchesse de Bourgogne, who proved to be a foul creature. Was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't awful. Still fairly crusty but quite refreshing.
