Ken dees wel maar soms smaken ze gewoon extra goed. Lijkt wel een Gastonnetje, zo zacht en lief als hij valt. Druivig, een boel eiken, kruidig. Liggend bewaard en was nat tussen kurk en kroon.

New 93 - order - there's a depth of flavor you don't always get in a sour and probably can't be fully appreciated with just one glass. the bitterness at the finish really pulls everything back nicely before the next sip

Apple, raisin, cherry, wild yeast, complexity in a bottle. Opened 4 years after the bottling date, was very enjoyable. It poured thin, and felt light in flavours, was expecting something with more weight behind it, but still an experience to enjoy
